When I tell you this girl is AMAZING! If you need a car go asap! My daughter wanted a new car so she went to Abby a month ago fresh 18 and with no credit it didn’t work out, Abby told her exactly what to do to build her credit she did exactly what she was told to do & went back a month later and got herself approved & drove off smiling ear to ear in her 2023 Kia Rio! Abby Wells of Taylor Hyundai of Toledo might actually be an angel disguised as a saleswoman. Buying a car has been something on my radar for 7+ months, but always an after thought. As a young woman and a first time buyer, I anticipated some intimidation going into the dealership. Today I went in, mostly to look, and left with a new 2024 Buick Encore. I did not feel swindled, persuaded or rushed…even though I kept her well past closing time. The manager/owner Joe was a pleasure to deal with, Ahmad Jomaa, another salesman, was kind, polite, and reassuring, and all in all the experience went more smooth than I could’ve ever imagined. I gave Abby all the information for exactly what I wanted in a vehicle (basically hand picked one off the lot) and where I wanted my numbers to be and she DELIVERED. I left with a car I’ve only dreamed of owning!!! She accommodated to me being there past closing by working with the finance manager at Kia, Brock Rieger, who was also very throughout and patient, as he too stayed hours past closing to help me seal the deal on the vehicle. Even the young man who detailed my car (from Kia) after hours approached his work with care and a great attitude. Hyundai Toledo is a TREASURE of a dealership and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and ENJOYABLE car buying process.

Where do I begin? With the star of course! Abby Wells, you have really outdone yourself this time for sure! I walked in that day with a VERY TIRED 2008 mitsubishi lancer (Sonic Blue, and yes, his name WAS Sonic) with 150k miles, negative equity, and a 100 bucks cash. Due to the magic that Abby was able to work she's to be appointed the new HeadMaster of Hogwartz school of witchcraft and wizardry, she just doesn't know it yet! Let me introduce everyone to both Stitch(Blue 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL, left). Stitch is about 1 year old( which Abby also sold us, look for that review too!) and Shadow! 2025 Hyundai Elantra SEL Sport, right. Stitch and Shadow now protect our local neighborhood AND the highways, and it's all thanks to Abby Wells. Go see her, she's a super hero distributor in disguise! :) ❤️
